Beginning June 1, 2023, any event booked for a Monday-Friday will have an $800 food minimum. Any event booked for a Saturday or Sunday, will have a $1,200 minimum. What does this mean for you? I means you and your guests must spend the minimum listed above. In the event this minimum is not met, the host must pay the difference.
